June WSC Gymkhana... (6/26/2010)
Sydney/Sarah, Tiffany/Blue Genes, Madison/Jaz, Boo/Quigley and Marilyn/Jaz, all attended this event and had a great time. This was Sydney's second Gymkhana ever and she did extremely well with Sarah in all of the events. Madison and Jaz are almost in the running's for placings. We all did very well and enjoyed the event.

May WSC Gymkhana...
Sydney/Sarah, Marcy/Bo, Madison/Jaz, and Marilyn/Jaz, all attended this event and had a great time. This was Sydney's first Gymkhana ever and she did extremely well with Sarah. Madison and Jaz are almost in the runnings for placings. And Marcy and Bo had their 3rd Gymkhana ever this past weekend and did very well. We all didi very well and enjoyed this event.

We organized and had a Trail Ride/Barbecue with the AAA(Arizona Appaloosa Association) on November 14th. All the horses/riders/attendees had a great time.

Marilyn - We bathed and groomed several horses on Monday(Oct. 5th) and had Robin Dean(professional photographer) take pictures of Jaz, Sarah, Prince, and Peppy. We all had a great time during the "photo shoot."
Robin captured each horse's personality and beauty in every shot. She also digitally edited some photos to animate the mood of the picture, they are stunning!

Marilyn - I took both Prince and Surely to West World September 26th to show in the AAA Fall Classic & Futurity. On the 27th I showed Surely in halter as well.
Prince behaved very well at the show and placed as follows in the Weanling Futurity...
Grand Champion (1st place) in the Color Class
3rd place in the Colts Class
Surely placed as follows in Halter...
1st, 1st, 1st, and 2nd in Aged Mares
1 Grand Champion, and 3 Reserve Grand Championships

Marilyn - Madison and I hauled out with Surely, Cocoa, and Lady to the EVAHA Horse Show at Horseshoe Park in Queen Creek. Madison rode Lady around while Sonja and I showed our horses. We all had a very good time.
Surely and I placed in the following events...
2nd (out of 12) in Halter - Open Mares
2nd (out of 15) - Reserve Grand Champion in Halter Grand & Reserve Champion - Mares & Fillies
3rd (out of 10) in Western Equitation - Open
2nd (out of 10) in Western Pleasure - Open
2nd (out of 10) in English Equitation - Open
No placing (but did perfectly) in English Pleasure - Open
Cocoa and Sonja placed in the following events...
